To get to Twrp recovery on Android 11+ Pi 4:

1. Can use adb by plugging in the USB-C port on pi to laptop to get power.

2. Enable root debugging in developer settings on pi.

3. Use "adb devices" then "adb root", then "adb shell"

4. Then use command "rpi4-recovery.sh"

5. Then command "reboot"
